Thames Motor Yacht Club (TMYC), one of the best located boating clubs on the River Thames, is situated amongst picturesque grounds with its own club-house, riverside bar and moorings at Hampton Court.

The Club provides moorings bankside and pontoon for up to 26 boats. These moorings are available to Full Members of the Club. Visiting boats from other clubs are welcome with prior arrangement and visitors are welcome to join members in the Riverside Bar when open.
A charge is made on a per night basis.

The Club has a very active membership, of full boating members, family members and social members.
Club life revolves around the Commodore’s Programme that includes many social events, boat handling competitions, and cruises.

New members are able to call upon a vast experience within the Club, of all aspects of boat handling, cruising, and boating enjoyment. For those new to boating, TMYC suggest cruising with an experienced “buddy boat” for peace of mind. Also, TMYC offers practical sessions as well as RYA shorebased courses for Day Skipper and Coastal Skipper / Yachtmaster and practical RYA Inland Helmsman all open to the public.

TMYC enjoy both a club-house with bar for functions, and a Riverside Bar next to the moorings. These facilities, at this superb venue can be hired for outside functions, corporate events and special occasions.
